Paper lists no longer work.
IDNP, addresses, phone numbers passed hand to hand on paper sheets. Law 195/2024 aligns Moldova with GDPR, and paper lists offer no protection guarantee.

How much does WebList cost?
WebList offers a free plan with up to 3 organizations, digital forms with signature and PDF/Excel/CSV export. For active organizations needing unlimited members and advanced features, we offer an NGO plan at an affordable price. Contact us for details.
Who can see participants' data?
Only your organization: an organization's data is strictly isolated per organization and is never visible to other NGOs. The technical team has access only for support and maintenance, and every technical access is logged.
Does the drawn signature have legal value?
Honestly: a signature drawn in WebList is not a qualified electronic signature and does not produce the effects of one. It serves as proof of attendance and of the consent expressed at signing, with verifiable evidence — timestamp, IP address and the accepted terms version. For documents that require a qualified electronic signature, use a dedicated provider.
Can I import data from Excel?
CSV/Excel import functionality is under development. Currently, data is collected through the platform's digital forms. Export is available in CSV, Excel and PDF.
