A platform developed by NGOs, for NGOs.

The WebList story

WebList started from a simple problem: NGOs in Moldova collect beneficiary data on paper. Lists get lost, personal data circulates uncontrolled, and consolidation for reporting takes days.

We built a platform that replaces paper lists with secure digital forms. Each participant fills out individually on their phone, data is protected, and export for reporting takes seconds.

The platform is developed in the LID Moldova initiative lab, a think-do-tank promoting digitalization, entrepreneurial development and social cohesion in the Republic of Moldova.

Non-profit model

WebList is a non-profit project. We have no external investors and do not distribute profit. Subscriptions paid by NGOs cover platform operating costs: hosting, maintenance, new feature development.

Any surplus funds the development of new digital tools for Moldova's civil sector and other LID Moldova initiatives. Transparency is a core value — LID annual reports are public.
