WebList is built for NGOs and non-profit organizations in the Republic of Moldova. Any organization managing activities with beneficiaries can use the platform to digitize data collection processes.

Data is stored in secure databases with encryption. Each form has explicit GDPR consent, complete audit trail and right to deletion. Data access is restricted based on organizational roles.

Only your organization: an organization's data is strictly isolated per organization and is never visible to other NGOs. The technical team has access only for support and maintenance, and every technical access is logged.

The database and application run on a server in the Republic of Moldova; signatures stored as files go to Cloudflare R2. We use no advertising or tracking services, and the full list of providers is in the privacy policy.

When deleting the account or organization, all data is permanently removed: beneficiaries, activities, projects, forms and signatures. Audit logs are anonymized, not deleted. This operation is irreversible.

Yes. WebList is built with GDPR in mind: explicit consent on every form, complete audit trail, right to deletion, data isolation per organization and secure export. The platform is aligned with Law no. 195/2024 which aligns Moldova with GDPR.

Each form includes a signature field where the participant draws on screen (mouse, touch or tablet). The signature is saved as an image and attached to the form with a timestamp. It is included in PDF and Excel exports.

Honestly: a signature drawn in WebList is not a qualified electronic signature and does not produce the effects of one. It serves as proof of attendance and of the consent expressed at signing, with verifiable evidence — timestamp, IP address and the accepted terms version. For documents that require a qualified electronic signature, use a dedicated provider.

CSV/Excel import functionality is under development. Currently, data is collected through the platform's digital forms. Export is available in CSV, Excel and PDF.

With the free plan you can manage up to 3 organizations. With the NGO plan, organizations are unlimited. You can switch between organizations you're a member of from any page of the platform.

Plan limits (members, projects, activities, monthly registrations) are displayed publicly on the presentation page and enforced automatically in the platform. The free plan never expires. Paid plans are arranged manually via support, billed in MDL, with no automatic renewals.

WebList is developed in the LID Moldova initiative lab (lidmoldova.org), a think-do-tank promoting digitalization and social development in the Republic of Moldova. The platform is a non-profit project.

Paid subscriptions from NGOs directly fund new feature development. You can also contribute through feedback, feature suggestions, or by spreading the platform to other organizations that would benefit from it.
