Terms and Conditions of Use

1. About the service

WebList is a digital platform that allows organizations to create activities with public registration forms, collect participations with digital signatures, manage their beneficiary registry and export data to CSV, Excel and PDF.

The service is provided by [Legal name] — a non-profit project for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Moldova.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account.
• The data provided at sign-up must be true and complete.
• One person per account; fake or shared accounts may be suspended.
• You can change your password from settings at any time; after a change, all active sessions are signed out for security.

3. Organization responsibilities

As an organization using the platform, you are responsible for:

• obtaining beneficiaries' consent before collecting data through public forms;
• the accuracy and legality of the data entered and imported into the platform;
• respecting beneficiaries' rights, including deletion or rectification of data upon request;
• using the forms only for the organization's declared activities;
• informing participants how their data is processed (displaying the privacy policy at the registration point).

4. Plans, invoicing and payments

The available functionality depends on the organization's plan. Plan limits (members, projects, activities and monthly registrations) are shown in the platform and on the presentation page.

The free plan is free indefinitely and requires no payment card.

Paid plans are invoiced manually, upon request, by contacting support: we agree on the plan in writing, the platform is configured, and an invoice is issued in MDL. There are no automatic renewals and we do not store payment-card data.

If you paid for a plan and cancel it within 14 days without using it, the amount for the unused period is refunded.

5. Intellectual property

The organization retains all rights to the data and content it enters into the platform. The WebList platform, including its design, brand and source code, belongs to the Operator.

The Operator does not use organization data other than to provide the service and for aggregated statistics with the organization's consent.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss resulting from the use of the platform.

You are responsible for the content you enter, including the legality of collecting beneficiaries' data.

7. Governing law and final clauses

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. In case of translation discrepancies, the Romanian version prevails.

We may not assign this contract without your consent; you may transfer your account only with our written consent.

If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the contract remains in force. These terms replace any previous version.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes take effect 14 days after publication and are communicated by email or notification in the platform. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
